Privacy Policy

This is a working draft, published in good faith for early access. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It describes what we actually do with your data today. We'll formalise this before onboarding beyond a small early-access group — if you have questions in the meantime, email contact@rolenvo.com.au and we'll answer directly.

Who we are

Rolenvo is operated by Korczynski Family Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 40 688 744 247), trading as Rolenvo ("Rolenvo", "we", "us"). We're a small, Australian-run business — not a large platform, and we don't sell data as a business model.

What we collect

Contact details — your name and email address, when you request early access or contact us.
Career documents — the achievements PDF (and optional resume) you send us, plus anything you tell us about your target roles, locations, industries, and companies to watch.
Generated content — the resumes, cover letters, and job match data Rolenvo produces for you.

How we use it

Solely to run your job search: matching new listings against your profile, scoring them, and generating tailored resumes and cover letters for the roles that qualify. Your career documents are processed using Anthropic's Claude API to perform this matching and drafting — that means relevant excerpts of your data are sent to Anthropic as part of generating your results, under Anthropic's own data handling terms. We do not use your data to train any models, and we don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with data brokers or advertisers.

Where it's stored

During early access, your profile and generated documents are stored on the systems we use to run Rolenvo. We're moving toward more formal, access-controlled storage as we grow past hand-onboarding a small number of people — this section will be updated as that changes.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, at any time — email contact@rolenvo.com.au.
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time; see our Terms of Service.

Cookies and website data

The Rolenvo marketing website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts at this stage. The early-access request form sends your details directly to us by email; it is not stored in any third-party mailing list without your separate consent.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Please don't send us anything beyond what's needed for your job search (e.g. no financial account details, government ID numbers, or health information).
