Who we are
Rolenvo is operated by Korczynski Family Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 40 688 744 247), trading as Rolenvo ("Rolenvo", "we", "us"). We're a small, Australian-run business, personally operated — not a large platform, and we don't sell data as a business model. We handle your data in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Contact for all privacy questions and requests: contact@rolenvo.com.au.
What we collect

Everything is stored locally, on the operator's own computer — your own profile folder plus a local database. There is no cloud database.
What we do with it
- Match jobs to you. Each morning the system collects publicly advertised jobs (Seek, Built In, Michael Page, and careers pages of companies you chose) and compares them against your profile.
- Draft documents for you. For jobs that match, it drafts a tailored resume and cover letter using your resume and achievements.
- Email you. You receive a daily digest email with the matched jobs, scores, and drafts (Saturdays also include a weekly summary).
- Keep your tracker current. A tracker showing your applications is included with your email. Your tracker notes and statuses are stored in your own browser, not sent back to us.
We never submit job applications on your behalf — you always decide what to apply for, using the drafts we send you.
What's shared with third parties — and exactly what's sent to Anthropic
Anthropic (Claude AI). The matching and document drafting uses Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic via their API. Sending data to the AI is required for the service to work. The following is sent, and nothing else:

Is your name included? Your name isn't sent as a separate field during the daily job-scoring pass — that step only uses your career profile and skills. But when a resume or cover letter is actually drafted for a role you've matched with, your full resume and achievements document are sent to Claude to do the writing, and since those documents ordinarily include your name (as any resume does), your name is included at that specific stage. Under Anthropic's standard commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models, and are processed only to provide the service, with brief retention for abuse and safety monitoring. Google (Gmail). Your daily digest is emailed to you through a Gmail account. The email itself — matched jobs, scores, and links to your drafts — passes through Google's systems in the ordinary course of sending email, like any email you receive.
Job boards and company websites. The system only reads publicly advertised jobs. None of your personal information is sent to Seek, Built In, Michael Page, or company careers pages. Your resume and details only reach an employer if you choose to apply to them yourself.
Anyone else? No. Your data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with recruiters, employers, data brokers, or any other person. Only the operator sees your profile, and only to run and support the service.
How long we keep your data
- While your service is active, your profile, documents, and job data are kept locally on the operator's computer.
- When your service ends or expires, your profile stops being processed.
- On request, we will delete your profile folder, your documents, your local database records, and your subscription record — email contact@rolenvo.com.au. Deleting your profile does not affect your own emails, tracker files, or drafts you've already received.
Security
- All of your data is stored on the operator's personal computer — there is no cloud database.
- Emails are sent through Gmail using an app password, not a personal password.
- The AI connection uses an API key held by the operator.
- Like any computer, the machine running Rolenvo is protected by ordinary access controls. Rolenvo does not receive or store any credit card or financial information — subscription payments are handled directly by Stripe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Access — see what information we hold about you
- Correct — fix anything that is wrong
- Delete — remove your profile and documents entirely
- Stop processing — pause or end your service; see our Terms of Service
We will respond within a reasonable time and at no charge. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies and website data
The Rolenvo marketing website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts at this stage. The early-access request form sends your details directly to us by email; it is not stored in any third-party mailing list without your separate consent.
Children
This service is intended for adult job seekers and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be provided with your service or on request. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
